(A) Conventional ultrasonography (CUS) showed that the solid hyperechoic nodule in the right lobe was heterogenous in echotexture and had regular margins, indicative of low suspicion. (B) Color Doppler showed intranodular and peripheral vascularity. (C) The elastography score was 2, indicating a soft stiffness. (D) Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) revealed ring-enhancement.
