TET2 knockdown or overexpression affects the viability of HaCaT cells. Cell viability was measured using an MTT assay following (A) TET2 knockdown or (B) overexpression in HaCaT cells. Cell viability was calculated as the ratio of absorbance at a wavelength of 570 nm between each group and the control group. Cell viability was also determined using the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay following (C) TET2 knockdown or (D) overexpression in HaCaT cells. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments performed in triplicate. *P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001 vs. NC group.
