Adipocytes from P2KO mice are more inflammatory than those from WT mice. Adipocytes were isolated from the VAT of WT and P2KO old mice, sonicated for cell disruption in the presence of TRIzol to separate the soluble fraction from lipids and cell debris. Results show qPCR values (2^−ΔΔCt) of TNF-α and IL-6 (A), CXCL10, CCL2, and CCL5 (B) RNA expression.
