Figure 5. — Piwil2-iCSC-Exo (200 µg/ml) promotes the transformation of FBs into CAFs. α-SMA, vimentin and FAP expression levels were measured by western blot analysis. GAPDH was used as a loading control. At least 3 independent experiments were conducted. Results were considered statistically significant at P<0.05 (*P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001 vs. control group; ^#P<0.05, ^##P<0.01 vs. PBS group). One-way ANOVA and the LSD post hoc test were selected for analysis.
