Verification of the expression patterns of the selected lncRNAs. The differentially expressed lncRNAs with the greatest fold changes between the experimental groups were selected. Their expression patterns in the myopia-induced right eyes and untreated left eyes in the experimental groups were confirmed with quantitative real-time PCR. The transcript levels in the right and left eyes of the same group were compared using paired t test; whereas those in the right eyes of different groups were compared with one-way ANOVA and Tukey post hoc. n = 8/group. * p<0.05; ** p<0.01.
