Carvacrol co-induced Hsp70 expression in dog primary RPE cell (passages 2–4). RPE cells were incubated with the indicated concentration of carvacrol for 2 h at 37 °C, followed by incubation with sodium arsenite at the indicated concentrations. After 16 h, Hsp70 expression in RPE cells was detected by immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry.
