P (Positive)	Number of exons which are within the real CNV
N (Negative)	Number of exons which are out of the real CNV
TP (True Positive)	Number of exons which are within both the detected CNV and the real CNV
TN (True Negative)	Number of exons which are out of both the detected CNV and the real CNV
FP (False Positive)	Number of exons which are within the detected CNV and out of the real CNV
