IPA analysis of significant protein expression in OLAN hearts identified significantly altered canonical pathways. The top canonical pathways altered with RIS exposure include metabolism signaling, mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative phosphorylation with RIS exposure demonstrated by −log(p-value) by Fisher’s exact test and ratio of proteins in DE dataset to total proteins mapped to the canonical pathway. P-value < 0.05 = −log(p-value) > 1.3.
