Effects of H2S scavengers on ATTM-induced A549 cell growth and m6A methylation. (A) ATTM solutions were prepared in the presence or absence of 25 μM Zn(OAc)2 or CuSO4. Subsequently, released H2S was recorded for 6 h with a H2S micro-sensor. (B) A549 cells were treated with 60 μM ATTM for 48 h in the absence or presence of 25 μM Zn(OAc)2 or CuSO4. The cell number was measured with CCK-8 assay. (C) A549 cells were treated with 60 μM ATTM for 24 h in the absence or presence of 25 μM Zn(OAc)2 or CuSO4.
