Blockade of BAFF changes early pDC renewal in tissue. (A, left panel) Change in blood pDC counts in Lin−DR+ lymphocytes, expressed as the percentage of baseline value, was calculated as the ratio between the numbers of pDC at 10 or 28 dpi and that prior to infection (D0) for each animal. Statistics were carried out using the Mann Whitney non-parametric test, *p < 0.05.
