Exogenous hsa_circ_0068033 suppresses the growths, proliferation, invasion and migration of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells. (A) The levels of hsa_circ_0068033 levels were markedly increased following cell infection with PLCDH-cirR0068033. (B) Cell viability assay using CCK-8. (C) Colony formation assay. (D) Wound healing migration assay. Migrated cells were counted at 48 h after transfection. (E) Transwell invasion assay. Cells were at counted 48 h following transfection with PLCDH-cirR0068033. (F) Xenograft experiment. MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells transfected with PLCDH-cirR0068033 were injected into the back of BALB/C nude mice. Tumor volume was monitored once weekly for 4 weeks. Tumor weights were measured at the endpoint of the xenograft experiment. Red arrows indicate the tumors. *P<0.05, **P<0.01.
