Overexpression of LRP6 was observed in human fibrotic-liver tissue. A. Representative pictures of immunostaining showed LRP6 expression was positive in liver tissues of patients with hepatic fibrosis, whereas it was negative in normal liver tissues (bar = 50 μm, magnification × 200/400). B. The mRNA level of LRP6 and β-catenin in human fibrotic-liver tissues (n = 40) were significantly higher than those of the normal liver tissues (n = 10). C. Expression of LRP6 and β-catenin were upregulated in liver tissues of patients with hepatic fibrosis.
