Saliva was collected in RNAlater from nine volunteers, pooled into three pools and aliquoted four times. An aliquot from each pool was extracted at the end of weeks 1, 2, 3, and 4. (A & B) RNA yield (ng) and RIN value were assessed for each pool. A one-way ANOVA was performed, followed by a Tukey test. The error bars represent SD.
