Mean plasma sVEGFR-2 concentration in non-pregnant women and women with normal pregnancies. There was no significant difference in the mean plasma concentration of sVEGFR-2 between non-pregnant women and women with normal pregnancies (non-pregnant, mean ± SD: 11.04±3.4 ng/mL vs. normal pregnancy, mean ± SD: 11.4±4.2 ng/mL; p=0.8). The comparison was performed after logarithmic transformation (log+1) of the data. The statistical test used was unpaired t-test. *p<0.05.
