Determination of vertebral body height (H_Total) from radiographic images in two steps: (1) Extracting the distance between the centroids of the upper and lower intervertebral disc spaces in the sagittal plane (H_Sagittal), and (2) correct it for scoliosis-dependent projection errors using the vertebral tilt angle measured in the frontal plane.
