(B) Representative WB of p62 in cells after 24, 48 or 72 hours after transfection. Bands corresponding to p62 and β-actin were cropped from the same gel. (C) WB quantification showed a decrease in p62 expression at 48 h, and an increase at 72 h after transfection, indicating potential impairment of autophagy in transfected cells.
