Effect of HML on HepG2-bearing nude mice model body weight. After treatment of HML, nude mice were monitored body weight every two days. HML and CDDP treatment induced weight loss as compared to DMSO-treated controls. Moreover, CDDP treatment showed more intense effect than HML on body weight. Statistical analysis was performed by ANOVA, ∗P < 0.05, compared to DMSO-treated group; #P < 0.05 compared to CDDP-treated group.
