Each Cu grating has a length of 5.4 mm, a width of 1.8 mm, a height of 0.035 mm, and a pitch of 6 mm. The height of the Cu mesh plane is 0.035 mm. The F4B boards have a thickness of 1.5 mm. Note, in the experiment, we measure an array of chiral structures instead of a single one.
