Alteration of the gene expression profile in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) cells after C1s knockdown. cSCC cell lines (UT‐SCC‐12A, ‐59A and ‐91) were transfected with C1S small interfering (si)RNA_5 or control siRNA (120 nmol L⁻¹) and mRNA sequencing was performed 72 h after transfection. Summary of Ingenuity Pathway Analysis biofunctions, gene ontology (GO) terms, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways and Reactome related to C1s knockdown (P < 0·05, fold change log₂ 1·0).
