Dose response of the inhibitory effect of rupatadine on VEGF release from LAD2 cells. LAD2 cells were preincubated with rupatadine (Rup) at 5, 10 and 50 µM for 10 min and stimulated with SP (at 10 µM, n = 6) for 24 h. VEGF was measured in the supernatant fluid by ELISA.
