A) The set of all genes with expression measurements with model residuals greater than an absolute value of 2.5 standard in any sample was analyzed for enriched TF binding sites in their promoter regions. The edges on the graph connect peripheral AS kinases with interior TFs. Connections indicate that when the given kinase is inhibited during heat shock, the genes with significant residuals are enriched for binding sites for the given TF. B) As in (A), but for menadione.
