TUG1 regulates ovarian cancer PTX resistance in vivo. (A) NC or si-TUG1 was transfected into A2780/R cells, which were injected into nude mice (n = 6). When the tumor size reached a volume of approximately 50 mm3, the mice were treated with PTX twice per week.
