The measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation, and comparison of data between two groups was performed using unpaired t test. Data in Morris water maze task were analyzed using repeated-measures ANOVA, followed by Bonferroni’s post hoc test. Cell experiments were repeated three times independently.
