Administration of CBDCA induces xenograft TNBC tumor cell necrosis and reduces tumor volume. TNBC cells were collected and planted to NOD/SCID mice as described. Mice were treated with CBDCA, or saline as controls, when the tumor size reached 1,000 mm³. Tumors were collected 72 h after treatment.
