(A) In the Duan-Nai-An-treated piglet, the medulla of lymph nodes or PPs were well-developed with some lymphoid follicles proliferated into the cortex, and germinal centers were obvious. (B) In the yeast-treated piglet, the medulla of lymph nodes (or PPs) were well-developed and lymphocytes were dense; (C) In the control piglet, the lymph nodes (or PPs) were atrophied and lymphocytes were sparse.
