Fig. 1 — Protein thermal unfolding monitored by dynamic light scattering. Light scattering intensities of Mus m 1.0102 (A) and its mutants (B) are presented as a function of temperature. All the traces were generated by the scattering intensity parameter (kilocounts per sec, kcps). Malvern DLS dedicated software calculated the following temperatures, corresponding to the onset of the protein unfolding (Tm_onset): 62.5 °C for Mus m 1.0102, 52.5 °C for MM-C157A, 55.0 °C for MM-C138,157A and 70.0 °C for MM-C138A.
