28 December 2010	New search has been performed	This updates the review "Diuretics acting on the distal renal tubule for preterm infants with (or developing) chronic lung disease", published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (Brion 2008). Searches of the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL, The Cochrane Library, Issue 4, 2010), MEDLINE, EMBASE and CINAHL in December 2010 did not yield any additional eligible studies. Additional searches in clinicaltrials.gov and controlled‐trials.com did not yield any eligible studies. No change to conclusions.
