Distribution of the MAP2 (green signals) in DPSC-derived neuronal-like stem cells grew for 7 days on glass (A) and ECM (B) support. MAP2 was detected by a mouse primary antibody followed by a FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (C–D) and a merge was made (E–F).
