Melatonin activates ERK1/2 signaling pathway suppressed by TOCP in mouse NSCs. NSCs were treated with 100 μM TOCP in the presence or absence of 50 μM PD98059 (a specific ERK1/2 inhibitor) and 40 μM melatonin, respectively.
