7TM mutations alter the activity of CaS receptor NAMs. Concentration‐response curves to Ca²⁺ _o in the absence and the presence of CaS receptor NAMs were determined in Ca²⁺ _i mobilisation assays to identify mutations that altered NAM activity. Data are mean + SEM pooled from the number of independent experiments stated in Table 1 performed in duplicate. Only data where an n of five independent experiments were performed were used for statistical analysis. Curves are the best fit of Equation (1) to the data.
