Neutrophil subsets. Percentage of CD16^dim/CD62L^bright cells (a), CD16^bright/CD62L^bright cells (b), and CD16^bright/CD62L^dim cells (c) of patients who developed an infection (red square) and patients who did not (green circle). Patients who developed an infection were compared to patients without infection using generalized estimating equations. No statistically significant differences were found between these groups. Additionally, groups were compared per time point using Student’s T test with correction for multiple comparisons with the Hom-Sidak method. Again, no statistically significant differences were found between groups. Data are presented as mean with the standard error of the mean
