Ipilimumab and high dose IFN-α2B as a neoadjuvant combination for locally/regionally advanced/recurrent melanoma [122] | Completed | Diwakar Davar, University of Pittsburgh | I, NCT01608594 | The combination was well tolerated and exhibited promising durable clinical response rates. 30 patients were enrolled.
