(A) History of a patient with prostate cancer followed by radical prostatectomy and lymphadenectomy (pT3, pN0, cM0, G3) in 2012. PSA doubles within three months. ⁶⁸Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT scan shows two lymph node metastases with high prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-avidity. (B) The two small lymph node metastases are detectable on CT alone, but not suspect of malignancy.
