Biphasic analyses of the inhibition of HT-29 cells by protein kinase inhibitors. The dose responses data of HT-29 cells to AZD-6244 (A), BMS-754807 (B), dasatinib (C), and HG6-64-1 (D) were curve-fitted to the biphasic inhibition equation I = F1 × [D]/([D] + Kd1) + F2 × [D]/([D] + Kd2). Each set of inhibition data represents two independent experiments in triplicate, with standard errors presented as error bars. The inhibitory parameters obtained from curve fitting are presented in the graphs.
