Expression of proteins involved in the Golgi-mediated stress response. Klotho expression was upregulated with pDNA, cells were treated for 72 h with monensin sodium or 168 h with LPS and the expression of TFE3-related proteins was evaluated with Western Blot method (A), i.e.,: SIAT4A (B), GRASP65 (C), WIPI1 (D), GCP60 (E), and giantin (F). The bands were quantified and normalized to their corresponding β-actin bands.
