(B) Western blot analysis of OsNRT2.3b expression in the barley stem. Total proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (Thermo), and hybridized with an OsNRT2.3b-specific antibody. Each lane was loaded with an equal quantity of proteins (30 μg). WT: wild-type; Ubi-1/2/3 and RSs1-1/2/3 overexpression were performed with the ubiquitin promoter and phloem-specific promoter (RSs1) driven OsNRT2.3b gene, respectively, as below.
