In vitro stability of [¹²⁵I]I-PIB-(HE)₃-Z_HER3:08698-DOTAGA and [¹¹¹In]In-(HE)₃-Z_HER3:08698-DOTAGA. Radioiodinated affibody molecule was incubated for 4 h with 5000-fold molar excess of KI in PBS or with 30% ethanol and compared to PBS control. Indium-labeled affibody molecule was incubated with 5000-fold molar excess of EDTA. Analysis was performed in duplicates.
