Fluorescence emission spectra were recorded at 25 °C in the presence of 1 µM of rFel d 1 and 2 μM of 1-NPN; excitation and emission wavelengths were 337 and 407 nm, respectively. Fluorescence of probe-protein complexes in the absence of a competitor was normalized to 100%.
