Wildtype (blue, n = 16) and ETV4 knockout cells (shades of green, n = 10 for each line) were implanted into ovariectomized immunocompromised mice. Half of each cohort was given E2 supplementation. Growth curves show tumor volume of wildtype and ETV4 knockout cells in mice without E2 supplementation (A) and with E2 supplementation (B). Day 0 is the first measurement day, which is 14 days after cell implantation.
