Effect of APH on IL-10 and GM-CSF expressionin ApoE KO mice. The levels of GM-CSF and IL-10 were evaluated by ELISA kit on plasma collected via retro-orbital blood samples from mice ApoE KO. The levels of GM-CSF were significantly decreased following the treatment with APH in ApoE KO mice (a). Moreover, ApoE KO mice showed a significant increasing in IL-10 following APH treatment (b).
