Fit parameters attained by fitting the real and imaginary components of impedance to Equation (7). Fit parameters represent effective capacitance CMT, and resistance RMT introduced into the solution through the addition of the MT network at different concentrations. RH is the small constant resistance that is ascribed to small fraction of unpolymerised tubulin that is present in MT-containing solutions. γR and γC describe the effective resistance and capacitance per unit volume introduced by the microtubule network. δ RMT, δ CMT and δ RH correspond to 95% confidence intervals for the fit parameters. The values δ γR and δ γC correspond to the uncertainties in the resistance and capacitance per unit volume. Corresponding graphs are displayed in Figure 8.
