Effect of culture density and media osmolality on the development of mouse zygotes to the blastocyst stage. Zygotes (20–22 h post-hCG) were cultured in media of different osmolality for 5 days at LD (1 embryo/100 μL) or HD (10 embryo/10 μL). (A) Percentage of zygotes that developed to the blastocyst stage.
