The number of editing sites associated to a PPR of a given subfamily and depending on DYW2 (differentially edited in dyw2-1 with a decrease of editing extent above 25%) is shown in black. The number of editing sites associated to a PPR of a given subfamily and independent of DYW2 is shown in white.
