VitB6 represses LPS‐induced pulmonary inflammation in mice, which is DOK3 dependent. WT and DOK3 ^−/− mice were pretreated with VitB6 (20 mg/kg) for 6 h followed by LPS (0.5 mg/kg) injection for 24 h. Lung tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde for at least 48 h.
