ROC analysis was performed to determine the sensitivity, specificity, and area under the curve using the plasma levels of MMPs (1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13) and TIMPs (1, 2, 3, 4) between PTB vs. EPTB, PTB vs. LTB and PTB vs. HC to calculate the ability of these factors to distinguish PTB from EPTB, LTB and HC individuals. Highest discrimination were represented in bold.
