Effects of miR-370-3p on proliferation and EMT of colon cancer cells in vitro. (A) After transfection for 48 h, CCK-8 assay was used to detect the effect of miR-370-3p on the proliferation of HCT116 cells and SW620 cells. (B) The expression of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and Vimentin in HCT116 cells and SW620 cells was detected by Western blot.The comparison among groups was performed by One‐way ANOVA.
