Inhibition of purified scFv to the HUVEC proliferation assay induced by VEGF165. HUVECs (105) were cultured in triplicate in 96-well flat-bottom plates and stimulated with 2 μg/ml VEGF165 and various concentrations of scFv. Cell growth was then evaluated by MTT assay.
