The depletion of CD4⁺ or CD8⁺ T cells eliminates the preventive antitumor effect of L. casei-PgsA-E6. In vivo antibody depletion experiments were performed to determine the effects of T lymphocyte subsets on the tumor protection of the L. casei-PgsA-E6. MAb GK1.5 was used for CD4 depletion, MAb 2.43 was used for CD8 depletion.
