AAV9/luc vectors were incubated with DPBS or hDys-/hMyo-/hOto-FerA domains for 2 h at 4 °C. The complex was injected into the female C57BL/6 mice by systemic administration. At different time points (D1, 3, 9, 14) post AAV application, images were taken for luminescence analysis (A). The average luciferase signal for liver and brain was calculated (B). The gene copy numbers in liver, brain, heart, kidney, and muscle were separately determined (C).
