Trial name or title	Comparison of Chronocort® With Standard Glucocorticoid Therapy in Patients With Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia
Methods	Phase 3, open‐label RCT. Location: USA. Duration: 6 months.
Participants	122 participants. Age: > 18 years. Gender: females and males both eligible. Diagnosis: classical CAH due to 21‐hydroxylase deficiency.
Interventions	Arm 1: HC. Arm 2: PD alone or PD and HC. Arm 3: DXA only or in combination with a different glucocorticoid.
Outcomes	Primary: change from baseline 17 OHP. Secondary: change in DEXA scan.
